CBA Community Guidelines & Terms of Participation
By joining the CBA Community, you agree to the following.
1. Who this is for
The CBA Community is open to people connected to fashion, creativity and business
who want to contribute to a space built on collaboration, not just self-promotion.
Membership is at CBA's discretion, and we may decline or remove access for anyone
who does not align with the community's values.
2. How we use your information
When you join, we collect the details you share in the sign-up form (name, email,
Instagram handle, location, age range, and your interests). We use this information to:
- Give you access to the community and its channels (email, WhatsApp)
- Contact you about updates, events and opportunities
- Understand who is in the community so we can make better introductions and plan better events
We do not sell your information to third parties. You can ask to see what we hold
about you, correct it, or have it removed at any time by contacting us.
By submitting the form, you agree to CBA storing your responses and contacting you
by email or WhatsApp about community updates, events and opportunities. You can
unsubscribe or leave the community at any time.
3. WhatsApp and other community channels
Some community activity happens on WhatsApp or other third-party platforms. These
platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside CBA's control.
Please be mindful of what you share there, as messages may be visible to other
members and are not moderated in real time.
4. How we expect members to behave
This community works because people treat it with care. By joining, you agree to:
- Respect other members, their work, time and boundaries
- Share in a way that adds value to the community
- Be open to connection, collaboration and mutual support
- Offer help, advice, introductions or feedback when you genuinely can
- Credit other people's ideas, work and contributions properly
And to avoid:
- Spam, repeated self-promotion, or posting only to sell services
- Harmful, discriminatory, offensive or exploitative content
- Contacting members privately for sales, promotion or requests without context and respect
- Sharing another member's personal information, contact details or work without permission
CBA may remove content or members that go against these guidelines, without notice,
if we believe it's needed to protect the space.
5. Events and in-person activity
If you attend CBA events, pop-ups or activities, you do so at your own risk. CBA is
not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from your attendance, except where
this is caused by our negligence.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
CBA provides a space for connection, collaboration and opportunity, but we don't
guarantee any specific business outcome, collaboration, or result from your
participation. Any agreements, projects or working relationships you form with other
members are between you and them, and CBA is not a party to them and holds no
responsibility for their outcome.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these guidelines from time to time as the community grows. If we make
significant changes, we'll let members know through the community's usual channels.
8. Leaving the community
You can leave at any time by unsubscribing, leaving the WhatsApp group, or contacting
us directly to have your information removed.
9. Contact
If you have questions about these terms or how your information is used, contact us at
